Cookie policy

What does the website use?

MitJura uses Google services only for the planned measurement of statistics and marketing. Optional Google services are loaded only after you have given consent to the relevant category.

Necessary storage

The website stores your consent choice locally in your browser so that the banner does not appear on every page. This storage is used only for consent management and is necessary to respect your choice. You can remove or change it using the “Cookie settings” button.

Statistics: Google Analytics 4

After consent, Google Analytics 4 may process information about how the website is used, including page views, button clicks, form events, engagement/time on page, device type, traffic source and broad geographic area. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, case descriptions or other form fields to Google Analytics.

Google states that IP addresses from users in the EU are used to derive broad geographic information and are then not logged or stored in Google Analytics. Google Analytics may show derived city, region and country at a broad level.

Legal basis

The optional statistics and marketing purposes are based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Danish rules on cookies and similar technologies. Consent management stores your choice locally so that MitJura can respect and document your choices.

Marketing: Google Ads

Google Ads is used only if MitJura chooses to run advertising. In that case, marketing consent is used to measure ad clicks and any completed enquiries. Remarketing or personalised advertising is not used without the relevant consent and correct Google configuration.

Google as provider

The relevant Google services are provided in the EU context by Google Ireland Limited or the Google entity stated in the applicable Google terms. Google may process data under its data protection terms and relevant processor/controller terms. See Google's GDPR information and Google's Privacy Policy.

Retention

MitJura will configure Google Analytics with a limited retention period for event data. The final period must match the active Google Analytics configuration. Google's aggregated standard reports may have a different retention period from raw event data.

Consent and withdrawal

Statistics and marketing are optional. You can accept or reject them separately, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” button on the website. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction and may object to processing. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. For Google data, you may also use Google's own privacy and control tools.

Contact form (not cookies)

The contact form may contain your name, email address, telephone number, matter type, subject, case description, language and an automatically generated reference number. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, assess how MitJura may help.

The legal basis is generally Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the information is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible agreement, or Article 6(1)(f) where MitJura responds to a general enquiry. Form information is sent to MitJura through Nordicway's mail/hosting service and is not shared with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console or Google Business Profile. Do not send CPR numbers, health information or other sensitive information through the form.

The information is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any legal obligations. MitJura must establish and follow a specific deletion period in its internal data protection and deletion procedure.

Controller and contact

MitJura, CVR 45641503, is the data controller for MitJura's processing in connection with the website and consent management. Questions about storage or consent can be sent to info@mitjura.dk.
